Low intensity movements with Boxer-Fit and/or Weight training for Seniors to keep the body moving. Boosts energy and mental health. Improves joint health and muscle strength. Guidance will be given for different fitness levels.

Kickboxing

Get fit the fun way, while learning how to kick and punch! In kickboxing you’ll get to strike all your energy on a safe padded bag with mitts and you won’t believe how many calories you can burn!
Kickboxing is great for fitness, a strong core, boosting energy, confidence, self defence, balance, reflexes and much more!

Learn some grappling techniques to mix in with your kickboxing.
This is a close body contact sport. Learning different positions to gain self defence confidence without fear of hurting yourself or your opponent.
